An investigation has been launched to find out the cause of fire which burnt a garage to the ground in Wembley yesterday afternoon.

Fire crews were called to the blaze in Manor Drive at 4.52pm, which also destroyed the ground and first floor of an adjoining house.

The roof of the house also suffered damage.

No one was hurt and the fire was extinguished at 6.03pm.

Four fire engines went to the scene from Park Royal, Wembley, Stanmore, and Willesden fire stations.
