One person escaped injured after a flat caught on fire in Regents Park this morning.
Firefighters were called to the blaze at the first-floor flat on Albany Street just after 10am.
The person escaped before the crews arrived.
Part of the four roomed flat in the six-storey block was damaged by the fire which was under control at 11.15am.
The cause of the fire is not under investigation.
