Scruffbag Promotions event will give attendees the chance to tap into the movie industry

A production company which is making a film based on the Stonebridge Estate are running a series of workshops for local youths.

Anyone aged between 15 and 25 who lives in the NW10 area can attend the sessions hosted by Scruffbag Promotions.

Attendees will have the chance to express their experiences, ideas and perceptions of the estate which could be used for the forthcoming film.

Henry Blake and Ross Lynch, who are writing the film, will be present at the workshops to collate ideas for the final script.

The workshops will also allow those who show a specific interest in the industry to work in front or behind the camera during the film’s shoot.

This will earn them a professional credit, as either actor or crew, on the worlds biggest film network site IMDB.

The workshops will take place at The Pavilion in Stonebridge Recreation Ground, Hillside, Stonebridge, between July 30 - August 3 from 10am- 12pm.
