An elderly pedestrian has been left fighting for her life following a collision involving a car in Wembley.

The 76-year-old woman suffered serious injuries in the crash in Harrow Road near the junction with Clifton Avenue, on Saturday at 9.15pm.

She was rushed to hospital where she is currently in a critical condition.

The driver of the BMW 7 series involved in the collision stopped at the scene and was not arrested
