Driver charged over death of ‘popular’ Wembley man

A 28-year-old has been charged in relation to the death of a popular Wembley man.
Yousef Zayni died at the scene after a collision with a rubbish truck in the Sapcote Trading Estate in Dudden Hill Lane, Willesden last year.
Yesterday, September 12, police charged truck driver Jukub Murlewski, with causing death by dangerous driving.
Friends and family all paid tribute to ‘popular’ Mr Zayni following the incident.
He was described as a ‘loving family man’.
Mr Zayni, lived with his family in Preston Road, and was a pupil at Mount Stewart Junior School, in Mount Stewart Avenue, Kenton, and Preston Manor High School, in Carlton Avenue East, Wembley.
Prior to the collision, on December 13, last year, he had recently graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Bio-Medical Science and had just started a new job.
Murlewski of Pendell Avenue, Hayes, has been bailed to appear at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, September 27.
