An elderly woman had her ear ripped when she was targeted by a chain snatch robber while putting out the rubbish at her home in Neasden.
The 70-year-old suffered the injury after she was approached behind and had two gold chains wrenched from her neck in Lilburn Walk on the St Raphael’s Estate.
The robbery took place on Friday, June 6 at 2.30pm but the details have been released today in a police appeal to find the robber.
He is described a 6ft tall black man who was wearing a lightweight black jacket.
