Group were witnessed passing weapons among themselves
Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a group of youths were seen passing weapons to each other on a busy stairway in Wembley.
The group had congregated at the top of steps leading from Wembley High Road to Station Grove, were they passed baseball bats and knives among themselves.
Passersby wanting to use the stairs were forced to negotiate themselves around the group on March 12 at around 9.10pm.
