Jacek Drzal is accused of exposing himself and committing lewd acts on the underground
A suspected serial flasher has appeared in court accused of pulling out his private parts and pleasuring himself on the underground.
Jacek Drzal, 32, of Willedsen High Road, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday charged with nine counts of outraging public decency.
Dzal is accused of getting on Jubilee and Metropolitan Line trains on four different dates – February 10, March 19, June 24 and July 27 – exposing his private parts and masturbating.
He was remanded into custody to reappear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on August 17.
