Met employee swiped mobile phones Ipods and Sat Navs from his bosses
A police worker and his wife have admitted selling electrical equipment including mobile phones, Ipods and Sat Navs which he stole from his employers.
Stephen Bowers, 56, from West Hampstead, and his 63-year-old wife Elizabeth, admitted pocketing �15,000 from their scam which took place over a five-year period.
Southwark Crown Court heard when police raided their home in Agamemnon Road they uncovered �6,130 worth of loot.
Yesterday, Powers admitted theft of Metropolitan Police Service property and his wife pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods,
The pair will be sentenced on May 10.
