Police hunting for a man who trapped his victims in the toilet and exposed himself in a fast food restaurant in Paddington have charged a 40-year-old.
Russell Chandler, from Watford, Hertfordshire, is accused of indecent exposure and false imprisonment in connection with a series of incidents in Burger King in Praed Street.
He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court today.
