Renowned solicitor died after falling in front of a Tube train
A Cricklewood transsexual is due to appear at the Old Bailey today (Monday) to stand trial for the murder of a cross-dressing lawyer.
Nina Kanagasingham, 35, of Chichele Road, is accused of pushing David Burgess in front of a Tube train at King’s Cross Station on October 25 last year.
The 63-year-old, who was known as Sonia, was a renowned solicitor who specialised in immigration law.
Kanagasingham, who was undergoing sex change therapy at the time, denies murder.
