Accused to appear in court today (Friday)
A south Kilburn man has been charged with gunning down an electrician outside of a takeaway shop in Paddington.
Daniel Smith, 22, from Queen’s Park, died after he was shot near KFC in Harrow Road, on May 22 last year.
Kervin Kavuala, 27, of Granville Road, is due to appear before Brent Magistrates Court charged with his murder this morning (Friday).
