A man from Royal Oak is accused of attacking a man and causing hundreds of pounds of damage during a violent rampage in Queen’s Park.
Nathan Hewitt of Bourne Terrace, is claimed to have assaulted Jeremy Bacchus destroying his £250 pair of glasses before smashing the window of a car parked in Third Avenue on March 24 this year
Hewitt also stands accused of failing to stop his car following a collision with another vehicle in Shrewsbury Road, Westbourne Park, on February 16 and failure to surrender to bail last month.
On Monday, the 29-year-old appeared before Westminster Magistrates Court where he denied the charges.
He was bailed to appear at Hammersmith Magistrates Court on November 23.
