Police made 36 arrests last night (Tuesday) during the England v Poland match at Wembley Stadium.
Marcin Lukomski, 34, was charged with pitch invasion and released on bail.
He will appear at Hendon Magistrates Court on November 6.
In addition, 16 arrests were made for the possession or use of flares, six for drunk and disorderly behaviour, five for affray and two for possession of drugs.
Arrests were also made for six other offences.
