Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an arson attack on a community resource centre in Cricklewood.

The suspect is wanted for questioning after a fire was started in Ashford Place, Ashford Road, after a break in on February 11 at around 4.15am.

No one was injured but an area in the building was damaged by the blaze.

DC Carly Anthony, from Brent CID, said: “We are determined to trace the person responsible for this despicable crime so I urge people to get in touch if they have information.”

If anyone recognises the man or has any information about the incident they should call Brent Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
