Accused makes first appearance in crown court
A man accused of the murder of a Wembley man who was stabbed in the stomach as he walked along the street has appeared at the Old Bailey.
Dean Gabay, 22, of no fixed abode, appeared in court this morning charged with the murder of Arron Payne, 26, from Chalkhill.
Mr Payne was attacked on September 5 and died eight days later.
Gabay was remanded into custody to reappear in court on December 21 for a plea and case management hearing.
