Luton man due at the Old Bailey today accused of Romario Green murder in Sudbury

A man from Luton is due to make a second appearance in court charged with the murder of a 20-year-old who was shot dead near a pub in Sudbury.
Romario Green died after he was gunned down on the Harrow Road on July 2 this year.
Denny De Silva is accused of his murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of a prohibited weapon.
He was extricated from Spain and arrested when he arrived in the UK on Friday.
On Saturday he appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court and was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey today.
