Luton man appears in court charged with Romario Green murder in Sudbury

A man from Luton has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 20-year-old who was shot dead near a pub in Sudbury.
Denny De Silva is accused of gunning down Romario Green on the Harrow Road on July 2 this year.
The 23-year-old was extricated from Spain after he arrived in the UK on Friday.
He is also accused of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of a prohibited weapon.
De Silva appeared before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday where he was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow.
