A 20-year-old man from Kenton will stand trial next year accused of attacking a taxi driver in Mayfair.
Yesterday Joshua Mitchell, 20, Robin Grove, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court accused of assault after allegedly punching and kicking taxi driver Wais Amin on December 14 last year.
The assault is said to have taken place in Berkeley Street.
He will stand trial at the same court on February 26.
