Sentencing will take place next month
AN UNINSURED Mercedes driver is failing a jail sentence after he admitted killing a motorcyclist in a horrific death crash.
Dario Prinzivalli, 35, of Melrose Avenue, Willesden, died of multiple injuries after he was knocked of his motorbike by 54-year-old Joseph Dada in Salusbury Road, Queen’s Park, on January 25 this year.
Yesterday at Harrow Crown Court, Dada, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to causing death by careless driving, causing death whilst uninsured, causing death whilst disqualified from driving, causing death whilst unlicensed and perverting the course of justice.
He is due to be sentenced on May 11.
