A 35-year-old man from Colindale who allegedly pleasured himself in front of shoppers in the Oxford Street branch of Topshop is due to stand trial in November.
Dorel Apuscasitei, of Gaydon Lane, denies walking into the flagship clothes store and committing “an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner” on June 18 this year.
Mr Apuscasitei appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court to deny the charge.
The case was adjourned to a case management hearing on October 16.
Mr Apuscasitei is due to stand trial at City of London Magistrates’ Court on November 6.
