A woman from Brent who was arrested on suspicion of possessing terrorist material has been bailed.
The 38-year-old was held by officers from the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command after they conducted a dawn raid at an address in the NW10 area last week.
The woman was questioned under Section 2 of the Terrorism Act, dissemination of terrorist publications, and Section 58, possession of a document or record containing information of a kind likely to be of use to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
She has been bailed to return to a police station in Mid-August.
