Brent Police issue car part thefts warning to drivers

Brent Police are warning drivers to be extra vigilant after a number of wing mirrors, glass and wiring loom have being stolen from prestige vehicles in Wembley.
Officers believe the crooks are either stealing the parts to order or to sell on.
A/Sergeant Dan King from Northwick Park Safer Neighbourhoods Team said: “We would advise drivers to try to park in a busy, well-lit area, close to CCTV cameras particularly at night or if you are leaving the vehicle for a long time.
“Where possible park vehicles in a secure garage.
