A 20-year-old man from Kenton will appear in court today charged with beating up a taxi driver.
Joshua Mitchell, 20, Robin Grove, is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ court today accused of assault after allegedly punching and kicking taxi driver Wais Amin on December 14 last year.
The alleged assault is said to have taken place in Berkeley Street, Mayfair.
His scheduled appearance comes after an earlier hearing was adjourned on September 28.
