Detectives investigating a double stabbing in Queen’s Park that left one man fighting for his life are looking into a gang-related motive.
One of the victims, a 20-year-old, was rushed to hospital in a critical condition after he was attacked in Harrow Road at the junction of Third Avenue, on Friday at 7.30pm.
His condition has since changed to critical but stable.
The second victim, a 17-year-old boy, made his own way to hospital where medics called the police.
He is in a serious but stable condition.
A spokesman for the Met told the Times detectives were not linking the stabbings to the murder of Oliver Tetlow in Harlesden but were looking into the possibility it was gang-related.
Detectives from Westminster Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
