An 18-year-old from Willesden is due to be sentenced next week after he was found carrying two knives and a quantity of cannabis.

Mohamed Said, of Creukhorne Road, pleaded guilty to possessing an eight-inch kitchen knife and two-inch folding flick knife in addition to a quantity of the class B drug during an appearance at Westminster magistrates’ court on September 21.

Officers arrested the teenager after finding him in possession of the weapons in Shaftesbury Avenue, Soho, on September 20 this year.

Said is due to appear for sentencing on October 13.
