A 15-year-old has been charged with the murder of a boy who was stabbed to death outside his school in Willesden.

‘Stand together’ on Sunday

Resident Verena Dempster has organised a peaceful community event in memory of Quamari which will take place this Sunday.

‘Stand together’ aims to unite residents in Brent to show how they can support each other in peace and harmony.

It will take place outside Capital City Academy at 2pm.

Everyone is invited.

Quamari Serunkuma-Barnes died after he was attacked near Capital City Academy in Doyle Garden, on Monday around 3.30pm

The 15-year-old was rushed to hospital but died hours later.

This evening the boy, who was arrested in Norbury on Tuesday, was formally charged with murder.

He will appear at Willesden Youth Court tomorrow.
