Romario Green was gunned down in Sudbury


A man, who was extradited from Spain, has today been charged with the murder of a 20-year-old who was shot dead near a pub in Sudbury.

Romario Green was gunned down in the Harrow Road on July 2 this year.

Denny De Silva, 23, from Luton, was arrested in Spain on August 10 and returned to the UK today where he was he by detectives.

He has subsequently been charged with murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of a prohibited weapon.

He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
