Sabrina Moss, 24, from Neasden, was killed and her friend Sabrina Gachette, also 24, was injured after two men opened fire in Kilburn High Road in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Detectives investigating the shooting believe the two women were in the ‘wrong place at the wrong time’.

Ms Moss, who worked in Alice’s Wonderland nursery in Stonebridge, had just moved from Edgware to Neasden with her long-term partner Arron and their four-year-old son.

Today her heartbroken family made a renewed appeal for information to catch her killers.

They said: “Sabrina was very fun loving and she had great plans for the future. She wanted to have a career in youth work and wanted to help those who didn’t think they had a future.

“She was very caring and would do anything for those she loved and cared about. She had a great sense of humour and we are going to miss every aspect of her honesty and her fun.

“Her son was her world and he has been left without a mummy.

“Sabrina loved her partner and he loved her just as much, they were meant to be together forever.

“It was her birthday and she was having a good time she did not deserve to die.

“I urge anyone to come forward with any information no matter how big or small it is.

“We can’t get her back but we can tell her son that the right thing has been done.”

Arron added: “Sabrina was loved by everyone but for me and my son it was beyond love and words, she was our life! She was our world and now it’s empty and always will be for the rest of our lives!

“Sabrina and I went through so much together from a young age but we always used to tell each other no matter what happens we will build that perfect family for our son and for all her dreams to be taken away at such a young age kills me everyday.”

Friends of Ms Moss have set up a memorial website to raise funds for her son’s future.

They will also be holding a vigil at the scene outside Woody Grill tomorrow at 11am.

Tanya Bryce, a close friend of Ms Moss, told the Times: “Sabrina’s death doesn’t feel real.

“Sabrina was a wonderful mother and everything was about her little boy. She was fun and ambitious and everyone has been left devastated by this.

“If you would like to pay your respects come down tomorrow.”

Anyone with information should call the incident room on 020 8358 0300 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
