Scrubs Lane was closed off for around 15 minutes


A ‘suspect package’ sparked a bomb alert resulting in police cordoning off a street in Harlesden this afternoon.

Officers were called to Scrubs Lane, where a section of the road was closed off to allow the package to be inspected at 4pm.

The road was reopened 15 minutes later.

A similar incident happened in Dollis Hill on Monday.
