Sally Lock was told she wouldn’t live past 21
A Cricklewood woman who was told she wouldn’t live past the age of 21 has celebrated her 91st birthday.
Sally Lock, who has cerebral palsy, has defied the odds after medics told her she would die as a young woman.
On Wednesday a party was held in her honour at The Landsdowne Care Home in Claremont Road, where she has lived for the last six years.
Mrs Lock is described by her nurses as a ‘happy go lucky’ woman who loves to interact with others and is regularly visited by her best friends from her teenage years.
