Who is the high-ranking councillor in Brent who voted to close the College of North West London campus in Kilburn?
The controversial plan to shut the �5.5m award-winning building that was built just THREE years ago has angered lecturers, students and traders in the area.
The CNWL claims it will 'suspend' lessons in the building to plug a �3.2m financial hole BUT they are refusing to sell an unused seven-storey tower block they own that is valued at �4m.
