In an article published on January 22 under the headline ‘Semi-professional footballer from Neasden targeted woman in drunken ‘N-word’ rant’ we carried a photograph of Michael Corcoran, 17, of Lynton Close, Neasden, until 5.15pm.
Mr Corcoran was not the subject of the article, which was about another man with the same name.
We are now happy to set the record straight and sincerely apologise to Mr Corcoran for any distress caused.
