Concerns over missing Westminster man Joachim Lempa who frequents Kilburn

Police are appealing for information leading to a chronically ill man who frequents Kilburn and has been missing for six weeks

There has been no trace of Joachim Lempa since he was last seen at on Saturday, 29 October at his home address in Westminster.

The 59-year-old suffers from diabetes and also has a heart conditions and there are concerns that he has not taken his vital medication.

Mr Lempa is white, 6ft 2ins, of large build with short hair and it is unknown what he was wearing when he was last seen.

He is also known to frequent the Church Street area.

Officers are concerned for his wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
