A child has been knocked over by a bus at a busy junction near the north circular in Stonebridge and taken to hospital.
Ambulance crew treated a young boy for head injuries at Point place in the Harrow Road where the accident is said to have happened at approximately 1pm.
He was hit by a number 18 bus and taken to hospital with ‘minor injuries’A spokeswoman for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 1.02pm today to reports of a road traffic collision at Harrow Road, Wembley. We sent an ambulance crew to scene.
“We treated a child for a head injury and took them to a hospital in north west London.”
A spokesman for the police said: “We were called by London Ambulance at five past 1 about a bus and child in collision in Harrow Road near the junction with Point Place in Wembley. Officers are on the scene. The child, a boy, has been taken to hospital with minor injuries.”
