Brent Police are warning residents to keep their jewellery hidden under their clothing after a woman was subjected to a chain snatch in Wembley.

The 25-year-old victim was attacked by two men while she on her phone in Park Lane.

One man yanked her chain causing her to drop her phone which the other thief grabbed before they fled the scene.

Both suspects were black, one aged around 30-40 years old, 6ft tall, large build and was wearing a black hoody and dark blue jeans.

The other is around 25-30 years old, 6’2” tall, skinny build and was wearing a brown hoody with the hood tight around his face.

Anyone with information about the robbery which took place on July 30 between noon and 2pm should call Brent Police on 020 8733 3038 or remain Crime stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
