Brent Police are appealing for information leading to a dementia sufferer who has gone missing from Park Royal Mental Health unit.
Lloyd Vernon was last seen on Monday at around 2pm.
The 60-year-old does not have a good knowledge of the area and may appear confused.
He is 5ft tall and was last seen wearing a grey top, grey hoodie and black tracksuit bottoms.
Officers are concerned for his welfare and are urging any one who spots Mr Vernon or knows of his whereabouts to call 101.
