Brent youngsters have been encouraged to take part in a host of activities which will be taking place during the half term break.
Brent Council’s Youth Services are to offer martial music sessions, baking and kick boxing and other action-packed activities for 11 to 19 year in the borough between the 27th and 31st of this month.
Cllr Ruth Moher, cabinet member for children and young people at the council, said: “Half-term often poses a problem for parents who struggle to find things for their teenagers to do, so this guide is here to show that there are plenty of activities for young people not too tied up with homework to get involved in.
“It is an opportunity for them to try new things, learn something new, meet new people and to keep active and physically fit.”
Places on activities are limited and advance booking by calling 020 8937 3686 is recommended.
