Brent cops to visit places of worship in community engagement project
Week-long event kick starts this Monday
BRENT Police are holding seven days of events to engage with members of the all communities in the borough.
The aptly named ‘Worship Week, which starts on Monday (28), will see officers visiting churches, mosques, temples and synagogues to hand out crime prevention advice and carry out property marking.
Brent’s Safer Neighbourhood Team will visit a total of 48 venues and officers will also be on call to hear about issues in their wards and dish out advice for problems.
