A 15-year-old cyclist has been injured in a hit-and-run collision with a car in Wembley today.

The boy has been rushed to hospital following the crash in Fulton Road at the junction of Olympic Way at 10.40am.

His condition is currently unknown.

The driver of the car failed to stop at the scene and is being hunted by police.

A section of Fulton Road has been closed off by investigating officers resulting in traffic delays for drivers.
