Six-year-old suffered ‘serious head injury’ in Hugo’s restaurant
Specialist medics from air ambulance landed in Queen’s Park yesterday to treat a boy who had fallen off a chair in a nearby restaurant.
The six-year-old is believed to have slipped off his chair and fallen backwards in Hugo’s, Lonsdale Road, at about 10.15am.
The boy suffered a ‘serious head injury’ according to police and was taken to St Mary’s Hospital, in Paddington.
The air ambulance was called as a precaution in case he needed specialist treatment.
