MEMBERS of a Zimbabwean church experienced a meeting of minds when they travelled to meet their spiritual brethren from the borough, writes Sofia Mitra-thakur.

More than 70 people from the Friday Apostles' Church, led by Father Isaiah Leonard Radzokoto, were welcomed to the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University in Pound Lane, Harlesden, by programme director, Sister Maureen for a day of 'Experiencing God's love through the power of silence.'

The Friday Apostles, which was founded in Zimbabwe (then Rhodesia) in 1931 and brought to the UK in 2002 by Father Isaiah, share the philosophy of the Brahma Kumaris, recognising the importance of faith in God and the realisation that peace is within.
