A Neasden man has been charged after two suspected bag thefts in the City of London.

Ismail Chahid, of Selsdon Road, was arrested yesterday (December 3) following an investigation into two separate theft incidents that happened last month.

The 26-year-old was remanded to appear in court today (December 4).

According to the City of London Police, the suspected crimes happened within the City of London area at some point during November, but specific streets and dates have not been shared at this time.
