A man living in India is due to appear in court accused of committing a sexual assault in north London.
Aksharprakash Dasji, 62, of Gujarat, India is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates' Court on November 10.
It comes after a man in his 40s reported being sexually assaulted in Kenton in December 2021.
Dasji is charged with sexual assault and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
These charges relate to an investigation that was launched by detectives from the North West Command Unit in December 2021, Scotland Yard said.
Kenton sits on the border between Brent and Harrow.
