A man who was found dead from head injuries has been named by police.
Fuad Saman, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene after police were called to a residential property in Casselden Road, in Church End & Roundwood, on Thursday (August 10).
Police were called to concerns for the welfare of a man at 10.45pm and Fuad was found dead with head injuries.
A post-mortem examination carried out on Saturday (August 12) confirmed he died from blunt and sharp force injuries to the head.
Osman Abshir, 28, of Church Road, was charged today (August 13) with murder and will appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Monday (August 14).
