A road has been shut this morning due to a burst water main.
Closures are in place on High Road between the junctions of Park Lane and St Johns Road in Wembley Central for “emergency works” today (May 25).
Brent Council has warned motorists to avoid the area.
An alert by Affinity Water reads: “For the safety of our team and road users, the work will be completed with a road closure in place between the junctions of Park Lane and St Johns Road.
“This will remain in place until our repairs are completed and we have restored the road surface back to normal.
“We recommend you avoid the area if possible and appreciate your patience whilst we carry out our essential repairs.
“We're sorry for any disruption this causes to your journeys.”
