Residents are being urged to take part in a Zumbathon in Brent which will raise money funds for two health charities.

The event at Vale Farm Sports Centre in Watford Road, Sudbury, is being held in support of the Anthony Nolan Trust and diabetes charity JDRF.

People of all ages and abilities can take part in the high energy, fun workout session on January 14 from 2pm to 3.45pm.

Chris Williams, from Vale Farm, said: “This is a great opportunity for family and friends to come together and raise money for two very worthwhile causes, whilst improving their own fitness in a party atmosphere.”

“Zumba is a lot of fun and we are looking forward to dancing our way to raising life changing funds for Anthony Nolan Trust and JDRF.”
