Las Iguanas is throwing an invitation-only party to mark its new restaurant in the London Designer Outlet tomorrow evening.

They have teamed up with Times to offer one lucky reader a pair of VIP tickets to the event.

The eatery boasts the freshest, highest quality ingredients in its dishes which are carefully sourced from the best suppliers to create its distinctive Latin American cuisine.

The eclectic menu reflects the diverse mix of Spanish, Portuguese, African and native Latino influences that make up South American culture, which can trace its roots back to the 16th century.

In addition to their extensive choice of wine, beer and coolers, Las Iguanas cocktails are legendary, in particular their signature Caipirinha made with their own cachaça, sourced and distilled near Rio de Janeiro.

Each and every Las Iguanas is individually designed but with the same guiding principle – that when you open the doors, you are instantly immersed in the colour, chaos and charm of Latin America.

To be in with a chance of winning the pair of VIP tickets please answer the following question: What century do some dishes on Las Iguanas menu date back to?

Please email your answer with your name, address and a daytime phone number to lorraine.king@archant.co.uk by tomorrow at noon.

The event starts at 7.30pm.
