A man has been charged with the murder of Andre Foster in Brondesbury.
Liban Ali, 29, of Bromycroft Road, Slough, was charged on Christmas Day, two days after he was arrested in Nottingham on suspicion of murder.
He was further charged with drugs offences and possession of a bladed article.
Police were called to Gable Lodge, in Mowbray Road, at 9.55am on December 20.
Andre Foster, also known as Andre Jacks, was pronounced dead at the scene after being stabbed in the neck.
His next of kin have been notified and are being supported by specialist officers.
A post-mortem examination was held at Northwick Park Mortuary on December 22 giving the cause of death as a stab wound to the neck.
Ali appeared at Willesden Magistrates' Court on December 26 and remanded in custody.
He is due to appear at the Central Criminal Court on December 29.
