Wingate & Finchley and Hendon were both represented as Middlesex U18s reached the FA County Youth Cup final for the second time in three seasons.

Hendon’s Keagan Cole and Malachy McGovern were joined by Jeremy Aglohor and Alex Hadjithemistou of Wingate & Finchley as the young Middlesex side beat Oxfordshire FA 7-2 in the semi-final.

Cole netted an impressive three and Hadjithemistou one while Harrison Livingstone, Nebay Haile and James Taylor got the others.

Dan Collins and Kei Chamberlain replied for the hosts.

Oxford actually took the lead after five minutes but Cole’s first soon levelled things up.

Livingstone made it 2-1 on 18 minutes and Cole’s second followed 10 minutes later.

He had his hat-trick before the break to give Middlesex a commanding 4-1 lead.

Oxford had their best spell after the break and it was no surprise when Chamberlain pulled one back.

However, the wind in their sails was cut short when Haile restored the three goal advantage and late goals from Hadjithemistou and Taylor settled matters.

The final will be played on April 1, at the The Hive Stadium in Barnet, with Cornwall providing the opposition.

MIDDLESEX: Lewis Todd (North Greenford United), Brandon Watts (Hampton & Richmond Borough), Jeremy Aglohor (Wingate & Finchley), Ryan Kukoyi (Cheshunt) (capt), James Taylor (Hayes & Yeading United), Corey Watson (Uxbridge), Callum O’Reilly (Hampton & Richmond Borough), Malachy McGovern (Hendon), Harrison Livingstone (Hampton & Richmond Borough), Keagan Cole (Hendon), Nebay Haile (Staines Town).

Substitutes: Alex Hadjithemistou (Wingate & Finchley) for Livingstone 66 minutes, Ethan Mooney (Edgware Town) for Nebay Haile 78 mins, Charlie Malin (Beaconsfield SYCOB) for Malachy McGovern 82 mins, Zayn Daniels (AFC Hayes) and Callum Coulter (Bedfont Sports) (gkpr) (not used).
